Real Estate Promo Posters

Globe Capital Management is a property management group offering high-quality apartments with a range of rental options in Calgary's Beltline district. Their two primary buildings, The Granada and The Prestige. had recently undergone considerable renovation, and in order to promote their renovated locations in a highly competitive rental market, they undertook the design of a series of promotional posters.

These posters were designed with a two-fold function - to act as A-frame signage outside their buildings to catch the attention of passing foot traffic, and as reference points for building layout options inside the rental offices, where prospective renters would visit to make their enquiries. With an emphasis on photography to display the recent renovations, and a visual style aiming to highlight the cool, lively vibe of the Beltline district itself, I aimed to draw in clients who were looking to move into one of Calgary's most livable districts.
